"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

This is the first time I used this, so I hope it works. AS Level results are in: 98% in Physics, 93% in Class Civ, 100% in Maths, 100% in Further Maths, 100% in General Studies and, most importantly, 96% in Art [: Woo!
I have a Wacom now so I'll have a fiddle about with that on my totally legal copy of photoshop, and upload something soonish.
